SAP BPC Data manager package run time is inconsistent

Hello,

Our data manager package which is scheduled for periodic run usually takes 8 minutes to complete .

Some times the same package takes 30 minutes and again later the runtime comes back to 8 minutes.

The package includes mainly currency conversion and consolidation logic and there is no issue with data generated in all the executions.

The package runs for every 20 mins.

There are no new jobs interfering with long running packages.

We have tried clearing Metacache, but it did not help.

Can you please advise what can be the possible cause for this inconsistency and what can be checked further for this scenario.

System version is SAP BPC NW 10.1
