Transfer Actual Cost from WBS to WBS

Hello Expert ,

I have a Project in Plant A with some actual cost. Due to Business requirement I have to transfer the actual cost to a Project in Plant B for further proceedings of the project.

Kindly suggest this scenario can be done in SAP Cloud.

Also suggest similar app to KB11N.
