Outbond email to visit attendees using personal emaill address

We have implemented server side outlook integration for our internal employees. For external contractors, using their personal email, if a visit is created and the external contractor is the visit owner, no email is sent out from C4C to the attendees?

Any suggestion how to configure such scenario?
