List of -All Apps- available in Scope Items

Is there any list containing "All apps" by the scope items? For example, I need to know which apps are available in the scope item "BJ5-Make-to-Stock Production - Discrete Manufacturing".

I checked the Fiori Library list and the "Process steps, business roles, and apps" accelerator. They are incomplete lists, and some of the app's data are missing

the test script provides individual level of details for a particular scope item as you mentioned where you get to know all the apps, business roles master data and other attributes related to the business process. The section under the test script - Overview Table usually should be able to provide you all the list of apps covered under the scope item. Another way is to manually download all the list of Fiori Apps from the Fiori Apps Library as per the Product Version and then try to categorize it. Here too there might be a problem as not all apps are listed in the library as some apps are not related to scope items directly with an 1:1 ratio.
