Can anyone help me with below questions?
1. Can we convert SAP BI named users to con-current users?
2. If Yes, 1 named users can be treated as how many con-current users?
BI version: 4.3 sp1

yes you can.
goto License Keys and select "Launch the license Key Application in the Launchpad"
and as far as I know: 1 named user = 10 concurrent users (maybe it's changing now)
