Different capacity for a single work center

Hi Team,

Need your help in one of the situation where the same work center is having two or seprate capacity. See below matrix, in week1 (W1) the total capacity is 56 hrs for shifts but in week2 (W2) it is 40 hrs and in week3 (W3) it is again 56 hrs and in week4 (W4) it is again 40 hrs. So how to handle such kind of capacity planning, please suggest.
