Question on changelist from different developers

Dear All,

In PI/PO, it is possible to transfer a list of changes made by one developer to another in case the former is unavailable and we need to support the business by taking over their part. Is there a similar mechanism in CI that allows the transfer of changes made by one developer to another if the changes are locked under the original developer's ID? Although the Manage Design time Artifact Locks feature can unlock the artifact, does it also transfer the changes made by the original developer to the person who unlocked it?
