Step by step understanding of EML (Enterprise Management Layer)

Hi Team,

Kindly share the detailed document on the Enterprise Management Layer. A step by step guide on what are the steps involved in EML. I could find a lot of blogs but there are still questions like the following which do not find properly explained.

a) Do we have a questionnaire. What sort of questions will be part of it.

b) How the EML process will start and where/when will it end. What is the outcome of the EML process and what would be the next step of EML.
