"No PDF found" error when opening Document Print Preview in orders

Dear All,

We have a problem with opening Print Preview of orders in C4C.

when we click on it, we see the message that say: No PDF found.

I check the part of HCI, and message monitoring is completed! also I did trace, and everything seems ok! so there is no problem of configuration,

Below you can find the HCI and Trace that we have done

But it seems that it can not find a document or something like this.
Should we have to do some modification in ECC part??

I have checked this discussion also:

https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3747816
As mentioned in above discussion, we should apply this note "1432693", but this not can not be implemented.

Could you please help me to understand what should we have done?

Many Thanks
Sin

There is a component that should be activate in your backend, but unfortunately I can not remember what was that.
