Raw material quality inspection

Dear sir,

Please advise on below.

How to extend the quality inspection of the raw material from one plant to another plant.

We are doing stock transfer of one raw material from X plant to Y plant, the raw material already using in X plant but it's new for Y plant.

Hence the quality inspection assigned already in X plant, so i want to extend that to Y plant.

How to do this please advise step by step.
