Getting error 403 forbidden in AFC communication system

Hello,

I am connecting AFC with s/4 on prem I have followed the guide in following link

But in AFC I am getting error

The request to destination ***** failed and returned HTTP status code 403: No authorization to access Service 'ZFCCX_COMMUNICATION_SERVICES_SRV_0001'.

Any tips why this is happening

Hello,

if the issue persists, I recommend you to report the incident (SAP Support Portal -> Report an Incident)) on behalf of the customer describing the issue and the background (e.g. the S/4 release and support package level) in more detail.
