sap apo scheduling agreement release_Determination did not deliver any action templates

Hi,

while trying to created SA releases in APO with /SAPAPO/PWBSCH1 I get the following error:

Determination did not deliver any action templates

Message No. SPPF033

the action is created and allows xml and print output. in the external procurement relationship, tab partner, PRINT is maintained for the medium.

as far as I know the system uses the printer assigned to the user, I did that with windows UniCode in user parameters (output device) (so it takes my windows printer) and also tried with directly assigned printer in my user parameters. So I do not know what is wrong.

any idea?
