How to get Run Configurations in SAP BAS?

I am following the tutorial @ https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/appstudio-fioriapps-create.html

I completed step 3.

But I do not see any run configurations as mentioned in Step 4.

I am just trying out Fiori app in BAS and I have not prior experience working with Fiori application. I am using a 'Full Stack Cloud Application' dev space. Is there something I need to run in order to get the configurations?
