SAP Ariba Customer Admin Access

Hi,

SAP Ariba Group - Customer Administrator gives wider access such as User Manager, Site Admin, etc...

Is there any option or Group to restrict user to view only with Customer Administrator ? I mean any trick or option to give only "User Manager" view only?
