Dimensions and Measures separate entities to increase performance

Hello Experts,

I wanted to check if SAC allows Measures and Dimensions as separate data sources to be uploaded and then we create model by joining them to get analytics.

Example : (S/4HANA : Cradle to Gate) If I need to check Product Footprints based on Supplier inputs for a purchased product, can I have one entity which includes product, plant and supplier dimensions and another entity with their corresponding measures?
