ECC - S4 HANA Migration - Condition Record for Material Determination

Hello Experts,

I am migrating data from ecc to S/4 Hana for Condition records for Material determination using LTMC file approach but template is not very clear about which fields we have to fill with data and What do we have to enter in second tab of the template(Condition table key). I checked for blogs for this issue but could not find any relevant blogs. Can someone please provide any information on this?
