Custom field to triggered file-based budget check

We are planning to create a custom field "Estimate Budget" in the line-item details of requisition where requester can input the allowed budget he can spend to buy that item. Can we add this custom field in the Budget.csv file and the value of this field will be used to reserved the budget?
