No Inspection lot created for a HU at time of GR of an inbound delivery (Not WMS-ed)

Dear,

When receiving a RM in a HUM storage location (not wms-ed) with referencing an inbound delivery, no inspection lot has been created.

I am using Inspection type 01 and for mvt type 101 the indicator "QM not active "is not set.

In the material master QM setup, there is no check box "Insp. for HU" visible. See below screen print. The red box is the place where this check box is normally showing. I checked with the new app "manage product master data" as well as with "MM01 create material master"

Do you have any idea how this is possible?
