Time Type Rule Calculations

Dears,

We have created the leave type with duration display according to calendar days and employee is entitled for only 5 days of leave
Employees can able to apply leave more than once
Eg: If the user applies leave from 01-Apr-2023 to 03-Apr-2023 and system should allow to apply only for rest 2 leaves

But it is accepting from day 1
