SuccessFactors to S4 replication

A little background from the customer: We are replicating different data to EC payroll and S4. We have no issues with SF to EC Payroll replication. So the master data and Org data in SuccessFactors are all correct from what we can tell and they are being replicated down to EC payroll just fine and all the processes in EC Payroll using these replicated data are all working perfectly. It’s the replication to S4 we’re seeing tons of error. There are less processes in S4 that are using the replicated employee mini-master and Org data compared to the use of replicated data in EC Payroll….but it is being used nevertheless. And so naturally, because we are seeing all sorts of S4 replication errors, the data is not being replicated and therefore all out of sync with SuccessFactors. Some are being successfully replicated but some are. For example, none of our new hires since go-live are being replicated. All are erroring out with some sort of error.

Is this something that Preferred Success covers (my preference) …or is this resolved via tickets that I need to open in the SAP for Me portal?
