Fullscreenmode in ALV in SAP GUI for HTML

Hi,

i have a report which we display in MSS in Browser via SAP GUI HTML:

in the Icon-Toolbar there is the "toggle full screen" button which is DISabled by default. Does anybody know how to set it ENabled as default ? Problem is that i cannot see the scrollbar at bottom of screen.
