Instant Producer - Text not recording properly

Hi Community,

I have a similar question already answered a few times, but we couldn't identify the reason for the error.
When some users perform recordings using Instant Producer, the input text is not recording correctly:

Scripting is enabled, scaling is set to 100% and we are using the "SAP GUI Signature" profile.
Does anyone have any idea what else can cause this issue?
