Crystal Reports 2013 - Tigerpaw

I need some assistance installing and download crystal reports 2013 for Tigerpaw Software. I have attempted this several time over the last few months and cannot find the proper way to download and install it. I ahve purchased crystal reports 2020 but found out that it is not compatible and creates errors with the Tigerpaw Software. Is there anyone that can instruct me where to download crystal reports 2013 and install it on my server? we are using Windows Server 2016.
