Not able to run ./sentantenv.sh on mac os ventura (Terminal has full disk access)

When I try to run setantenv.sh in platform directory, getting bellow error.( Terminal has full disk access)

./setantenv.sh:36: operation not permitted: ant

Can some one help me out?
