user define search filed value is missing alert email

Hi experts,

We have user define search for critical interfaces, if the interface failed in PI, will get alert mail and it contain UDS field value, but from last one week we had SAP patching activity happened, after this activity we are not getting UDS field values in PI alert email but in monitoring page I can see UDS tab and values.

Could you please help me out of this.
