HTML content is getting reformatted in SmartEdit

SmartEdit rich text editor is formatting input html in ParagraphComponent and other components as well, because of this issue content editing is getting difficult. Sample input html and html formatted by smartedit is attached for reference.

Is there any configuration to disable content re-formatting in SmartEdit?

Also attached are the screenshot of the issue (extra closing <a> tags are added by smartedit editor after saving)
