Adding restrictions to Ticket list by Business Unit

Hi All,

I'd like to know if there's a way for an administrator to restrict what a user sees on the ticket list screen by business unit when selecting "All Tickets".

Requirement/EG: If the user is from South Africa, they should only be able to see tickets from South Africa when selecting "All Tickets". If the user is from Botswana, they should only see Botswana tickets when selecting "All Tickets".
