Plant Level Deletion Flag activation issue in Material Master

Dear SAP team,

We are sending Matmas idoc from MDG to S4 system for a material which has been extended for multiple plants and marked deletion flag indicator for a specific site. The Matmas idoc received in the S4 system contains the plant specific (LVORM) field as flagged but unfortunately the material has not been flagged for deletion in MM03 transaction and in MARC table.
