Different UI5 Application pointing different client

Dears,

I have one use case, we are tying to create Fiori application in SAP BTP which will access the data from backend on premise S/4 systems.

We have multiple clients in our on prem S/4 application.

Fiori app1(BTP) --> client 100(on-prem S/4 ABC)

Fiori app2(BTP) --> Client 200(on-prem S/4 ABC)

Fiori app 3(BTP) --> Client 300(on-prem S/4 ABC)

Do we require cloud connector for this scenario? Is one cloud connector sufficient to make connectivity to multiple clients of one system?
