Authorization for "Manage Journal Entries"

Hello Experts,

Currently, We have maintained Authorization.

We would like to adjust that the users can only submit the document and cannot postSave as Donewhen they change the document or reverse the document in Financial application "Manage Journal Entries (F0717)".

Is it possible to maintain by restriction type in application "Manage Business Roles" ?

If it's possible, could you tell me the restriction type.
