Budget AVAC not triggered in PO while take accnt assign categry Q for EPPM

Hii,

In Public Cloud version 2302, EPPM

I have created one investment project and maintained budget availability control key

when we create a Purchase requisition or purchase order with account assignment category Q (project stock), my budget Availability control is not triggered even if my budget exceeds.

After the create PR/PO my commitment cost was also not shown in the Project budget report tiles.

kindly suggest solution
