I am working with the new Maintennace Service process in S/4HANA Service, I have activated the new Enterprise Organization Management capability.
With this, when I create the service order (MSO1), and release the order, the creation of the maintenance order fails as it cant find the mapping between Service Team and Work Center and Planning Plant.
After investigations, I discovered, to be able to do the mapping I need to use the legacy organizational structure and service teams.
Can you please confirm if the the new Maintennace Service Process works with the Enterprise Organization Management functionality.
