EWM SPLIT Usage decision inspection lot report (QGA3) do not show char results

Issue:Inspection report (QGA3) do not show Inspection char results in PDF

Form - QM_INSP_RESULT

Print Parameter - PDF output

Inspection type 1701

Usage decision - SPLIT usage decision ( Block and Accept)

Embeded EWM - S/4 HANA 1909 system

Anyone of you faced similar issue ? any solution
