Serial Number Handling with SAP Business One

Hello,

What is the impact and applicable changes about the Serial Numbers handling when the CCO PoS is connected with SAP Business One as Backend ERP? Do we need to route the connections through CCO Manager to B1?

Hello,

We support multiple sales item quantity for serial number article for SAP Business One as well. The verify serial/batch service call is not made to SAP Business One. The call is made to SAP Customer Checkout manager and there it is forwarded to X(any system the customer maintained in Communication System).
An out of the box verification for SAP Business One is not available.
The fetch serial/batch call continues to go to SAP Business One when integrated with SAP Business One.
When posting the Invoice to SAP Business One, the quantity is split to 1 again as the SAP Customer Checkout Business One integration services currently only support quantity 1.
