Is SAP Basis the same as SAP Certified Technology Consultant – SAP S/4HANA System Administration?

On the SAP website, I don't see the word 'BASIS' as I often read on other sites in connection with SAP systems administration. I must admit the information online about SAP is enormous so one is likely to be confused by the terms. Grateful if anyone could shed light on the official title for SAP BASIS and the related latest exam title/code. If there are a cluster of SAP system admin certifications could you please advise on this as well - the various types and their functions. As well, with my background, what's is the best order/route to pursue SAP system admin in order to gain a good grounding in the discipline and to future proof my skill. I'm from a non-tech (banking) background looking to break into SAP, with interest in system admin. Currently learning Linux. Many Thanks
