Manage Maintenance Plans app (F5325) not available on Fiori Launchpad.

I'm currently testing on test script for best practice under Proactive Maintenance (4HI).

In the test script mentioned to use Manage Maintenance Plans app to create maintenance plan. I have assigned Maintenance Planner role to my ID but this app still not appeared in my FIORI launchpad.

Why does the app not appear ?
