Unable to open attachments

Hi Consultants,

while opening the attachments in sap by using t-codes fbl1 or fb03.The attachments has to open in opentext imaging web viewer.It is not opening and therefore creating a pdf file with name archive(archive.pdf).

Can anyone help me with this.

Note: This is configured with opentext.
