How to check Tables loaded in HANA after start-up

Recently we had a maintenance activity where we restart our HANA Databases.

One of the HANA Databases was started but Application end was too slow.

How to check whether tables are loaded in HANA in terms of percentage?

Usually during start-up tables will be loaded right? If After the HANA start-up also tables are getting loaded , how to track the details in HANA STudio or Any SQL command line
