Change Data of Opportunity Type

Hello,

On the C4C solution (Sales and Service Cloud), I had a question about data sources. Change data of Sales Phase (DHV_SALPHASE) (corresponds Opportunity Stage in C4C document) field in CODOPPHHB (Opportunity History) data source is kept with date fields DHV_VALIDENDDT (Validity to Date) and DHV_VALIDSTARTDT (Validity from Date). As can be seen in the example below, the change of Sales Phases in one of the opportunity is kept in the columns next to it.

Opportunity Stages are:

1)Opportunity

2)Briefing

3)Development

4)Sampling

5)Negotiation

6)1st Order

Likewise, as the Opportunity Type field changes, are there any fields where the change data of this field is kept? Is there a data source where this change is kept? I looked at some data sources. For example Opportunity Item, Opportunity History, etc. But I couldn't find it. Could you please help about this situation?
