Why am I not able to maintain WBS in Sale Contract document

While maintaining WBS in Account Assignment tab in Sales Contract creation (VA41), I am getting system message "you cannot assign this wbs element to this sales document type during allocation to sale contract type"system-message-wbs-in-contract.xml
