We're having continued problems where when an external user first receives their Onboarding Welcome E-mail, when they click the link to reset their password the user is directed down the company SSO route.
We are in continued dialogue with SAP and can sometimes find a route cause but mostly we cannot explain why it happens and we're having to do manual workarounds to resend the e-mail, reset password, re-send links, etc. This means poor user experience and impacts start dates.
Has anyone out there experienced similar issues and does anyone have any advice on resolving the issue, best practice for config?
