OS and DB upgrade

Hi Team,

We are planning to upgrade our OS and DB:

OS: Windows 2008 R2 to Windows 2019 LTSC
OS: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server to OEL 7.9
DB: Oracle 11.2 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server to Oracle 19c OEL 7.9

Please let us if our system on SAP ECC6.0 version supports this upgrade.
