System should consider and post withholding tax based on the goods & services.

If invoice is having product and services-based line items system should calculate withholding tax on services and should not calculate withholding tax on goods. Do you have any option where system should consider and post without any manual intervention (Manual intervention means where we are going to remove withholding tax code which is not applicable while posting the transaction.
