Add involved parties in the opportunity creation screen

Hello,

I would like to know if it's possible to add an involved party (such as Ship-to or Partner) directly in the creation of an opportunity ?

Of course without development would be perfect, but if we need to do some SDK would you have an already working code for such a request?
