No matching record found 'Delivery' (ODLN) for List of Deliveries (Open)

Hi experts,

Error No matching record found 'Delivery' (ODLN) encountered when generating list of open Deliveries in the Delivery Document. There are Open Deliveries upon checking in Open Item List (excluding Open-Printed and Open-Emailed).

Upon checking in back-end, the Printed status is 'A', and not 'N' for the documents not appearing in the open item list.

Could you check if it is Service Type in Delivery? If yes, change to Item and find again.

Yes, I already checked. I get the same error. Also, this error is not occurring for other status. Example, Open-Printed generates the correct list.

Please make sure there is no FMS or add-on connected to the database, sometimes there is an FMS that triggers always and create issues

Checked in DEMO Version 10.0 FP2208 and the error as mentioned is not appearing.

Hi, the error only appears in one database, other databases works fine.
