Missing namespace - kyma-system

Dear all,

Kubernetes for my trial account expired and I started building work again. While creating Api-Rule, I realized that now I am missing namespace for kyma-system:

This is indeed strange for me as I remember I never had to explicitly enable anything to enable this. Am I missing anything? Kindly guide me to understand this.
