Synchronous timeout exceeded in PI

Dear Sir,

Could you please help on below issue.

PI is getting request from sender then Operation mapping is not executing then getting synchronous timeout exceeded it is happening in night time(11:00 PM to 11:55 PM) only and all pi integrations are effected.
