OIBD packing specification getting stuck in SMQ2 whenever we perform a batch split.

Why am I getting an error with auto pack functionality when I perform a batch split and is there something that can be done to resolve this issue?

Hello,

Refer the OSS note if applicable to your system version.

Most probably notes are missing from the system.
Try to search on launchpad with the error message text or with the number (/SCWM/HUFUNCTIONS547 and/or /SCWM/HUFUNCTIONS 547). If you found a missing note and implemented it, try to manually process the stuck queues.

If that does not help, I would suggest to submit an incident on SCM-BAS-PAK component with the following information:

  • ERP system ID:
  • EWM system ID:
  • EWM warehouse number:
  • Example stuck queue name:
  • The notes that you implemented but did not help:
