Sales Order Threshold for MRP run.

Hi All,

We have a requirement where the total sales order requirements of a material below 60% of it's fixed lot size maintained in MRP1 view, system should not consider the respective sales orders for MRP run.

For Example.

Say material FG001 has FX as lot sizing procedure and 100,000 as it's fixed lot size.

And it has below sales orders

1. SO 1 - 20000

2. SO 2 - 23000

3. SO 3 - 15000

Total SO requirement quantity is - 58000, which is 58% of the fixed lot size. So system should not consider the above sales orders for MRP run.

If an additional Sales order SO 4 with quantity 20000 has been created. Then the total SO requirement quantity will be 78000, which is 78% of the fixed lot size. Now system has to consider the sales orders SO1 to SO4 for MRP run and Proposals have to be created for FG001 material code.

Please suggest a solution for this requirement.
