Created an customer and extend the customer via company code

Dear All,

I have an requirment regarding need to create an 'New Customer' and 'Need to Extend the customer for other company code' in BP tcode.

I searched for blog i can't get the correct idea. Please provide some of code or blog's regarding requirment.
